The Nortwind Aparatments consists of 3, eight unit buildings with a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments. We are located just two blocks from downtown Petersburg.
Our Housing assistance payments are based on the income eligibility requirements set by the Dept of Housing and Urban Development. Rent and deposits are income based so it allows you the opportunity to live within your means as you get established or reestablished after a setback. All utilities are included in the rent. You do NOT need a current Section 8 voucher.
