Apartment manager Cindy Marden has done a wonderful job of working with me on several occasions to ensure that my monthly rent amount is always accurate to my income. She is always available during office hours and willing to help right away whenever I have needed her assistance.

Your maintenance supervisor Eric Overdorf has been equally helpful on many occasions. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue I know that all I have to do is call Eric and he will take care of it.

I would also like to comment on the property surrounding the apartments, which is impeccably maintained and very child friendly. Northwind definitely promotes a family friendly environment.

My family and I feel very lucky to be living in an apartment that has such wonderful staff and service.

I have recently moved into the Northwind Apartments in Petersburg. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of hard work and TLC that was put into my apartment. Everything was spotless, clean and in good repair. My apartment actually looked brand new. It was nothing short of amazing! The application process was smooth and professional. The manager "Cindy" explained everything in a simple no nonsense way making it easy to understand. She kept me informed and kept in touch with me on a regular basis. Since moving in I have been relieved to know that we have been updated on everything going on around the complex from garbage pick-up to fire extinguisher servicing. I have no plans to ever move from here. Why would I want to?
